Since our founding, Buena Vida Adult Day Health Center has grown from a single center serving the Louisville community into a trusted network of four locations across Kentucky — all with one mission: to care for seniors with dignity, warmth, and bilingual pride.

2020 — Foundation
Buena Vida opens its first bilingual adult day health center in Louisville, Kentucky.

2023 — First Expansion
Growing demand leads to the opening of a second location in Bowling Green, serving Spanish, English, Arabic, and Bosnian communities.

2024–2025 — Accreditation
Full licensure from the Department of Aging and Independent Living to provide Home-Delivered Meals and Participant-Directed Services (PDS).
